In House Mold Making * Repairs * Rebuilding
In house mold making, repair and rebuilding. Mold test, trials and short
production runs based on machine time availability. This service is available to you at
an hourly rate, with a minimum of a four hour charge. Plastic materials and packaging are
added cost.
We also have our own mold bases. We can convert existing inserts to fit our mold
bases if the design permits or we can build new inserts. Below is a list of mold bases.
- One 3" round insert 4 cavity mold.
- One 3" round insert 2 cavity mold.
- One 4" round insert 2 cavity mold.
- One 5" x 8" insert single cavity mold.
- One 4" x 6" insert single cavity mold.
- One 8" x 8" insert 2 cavity mold
Mold bases are available for trials and production runs (in our shop only).
